We called them a little over a month ago to come out and try to fix our nightmare we had been dealing with for 8 years and give us a quote to replace our entire unit along with all duct work and move the unit. From the 1st phone call and service call all the way through the entire installation of our new units they were a pleasure to work with. The 1st thing I noticed was the compassion from Kathy and Cole. We were freezing because our unit once again was not working. They came out the same day to try and get us some heat. "Shout out to Cathy/Cole and team for everything they've done to get our A/C back up an running. Duncan replaced our condensing unit a while back and the quality has been excellent. We now only have to refill our propane tank once a year. Also, they've done an awesome job supporting Athens Boat Club on the facilities here. Highly recommend Duncan HVAC!"
