About Us

Duncan Heating and Air Services was founded in late 2010 by Raymond and Cathy Duncan with a mission to bring honest, reliable HVAC services to families throughout North Georgia. Before starting the company, Raymond brought an advanced and in-depth background in research and development, which shaped our commitment to technical excellence and innovation.

From the beginning, this has been a true family operation. Cathy has been the backbone of our success, answering every phone call with care and even holding a flashlight in the middle of the night to help get a customer's cooling system back up and running. My brothers, Derek and Spencer, have been vital assets to our company's growth and success. Together, we've built something special.

Beyond our immediate family, our employees have become an extension of the Duncan family, and we give them much of the credit for our success. We are a team here, and that's what sets us apart from the rest. At Duncan, we take what we do very seriously because we realize there are many HVAC companies to choose from. When you choose us, we understand the responsibility of earning your trust – both in keeping you comfortable and in welcoming us into your home.

The principle I live by daily is simple but has served us well: My name is on my shirt and hat. I am going to represent my family's name to the best of my ability in all things that I do, and I will stand behind anything that we do. Our goal is to serve others and enjoy what we do. God has blessed our family tremendously, and we make sure to give Him the credit for all things.
