We make every effort to ensure your system is operating at its most efficient level.

We will never tell you that you need a new system or parts when it is not necessary. We want to be the trusted name that your family depends on when it comes to heating and air.

What is the SEER rating?

SEER which is the acronym for seasonal energy efficiency rating, is a measurement used to describe the efficient use of energy by air conditioners. The measurement is defined and regulated by the Air-Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Institute. It is measured in BTU'S (British thermal units) per watt-hour of electric energy used in a given cooling season (during the summer months). Older units' SEER rating is usually around 10 and the new standard units are all 14 SEER or higher. This means they perform at a higher efficiency level. The higher the SEER rating, the more efficient the system is.

Duct Work Installation

We can help you determine the right size heating and air conditioning system and proper size duct work to keep your home at its maximum efficiency level.

Duct Repair and Duct Sealing

  • Inspection of the duct system, including the attic, crawl space, garage and basement.

  • Evaluation of the system's supply and return balance.

  • Repair of any damaged and disconnected ducts and straightening flexible ducts that are tangled or crushed.

  • Sealing of all leaks and connections with mastic or metal tape.

  • Insulation of ducts in unconditioned areas with duct insulation that carries an R value of 6 or higher. We include a new filter as part of any duct system improvement.
