Duncan Heating and Air Services was started in late 2010 with my parents Raymond and Cathy. Before our heating and air company dad had a very advanced and in depth background in the field of research and development. My two brothers (Derek and Spencer) have been a vital asset to our company as well. Mom has been the backbone to all of our success from answering all the phone calls to standing and holding a flashlight for me in the middle of the night to get a client back cool again. Beyond our immediate family our employees have become an extension of our family and we give them much of the credit to our success. We are a team here and thats what sets us apart from the rest. At Duncan we take what we do very serious because we realize that there are many HVAC companies to choose from. For you to choose us, We understand the responsibility of you trusting us in keeping you comfortable as well as letting us into your home. The quote that I live by on a daily basis is quite simple but has served us well. My name is on my shirt and hat, I am going to represent my family’s name to the best of my ability in all things that I do, and will stand behind anything that We do. Our goal is to serve others and enjoy what we do. God has blessed our family very much and We are sure to give Him the credit for all things!
